Carols comments: The shipping you used required a signature when it was dropped off (USPS), and it took me 10 days to get to the post office to pick it up. Maybe you could have options on the shipping so the customer could choose if they want to have to sign for it. We live in the country and always have our packages left when we aren't home and its ok.

About the website - awesome! it was so easy to use and logical in all the pages I went to. Esp when I added something to my cart, when I pressed the button to continue shopping, it put me right back where I had left, and that was where the next thing that I wanted was showing up! It is really funny, I tried to order a book online from Bill OReilly (Fox News talkshow host) on the same day, and the order I placed got 'lost' from their system... after they sent a confirmation email to me too! They suggested that I call on the phone to re-order my book. Ha ha. No way! I am very surprised that a big talker like that had such a poor site (it kept messing up on me) and didn't even take my money! You guys can be proud, and pass the kudos on to your webmaster(s) too!!!
